Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Tucker, GA is seeking a Retail Framing Manager to lead a team of framers focused on building strong customer relationships while crafting framing solutions. You will drive custom framing sales and ensure on-time delivery by coordinating workload with the Store Manager.

You will also manage inventory, safety programs, and SOP adherence, coaching staff and supporting talent development, while representing the company’s values in daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to focus on customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and ensure on-time delivery by planning workload with Store Manager.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs, and POS processes as assigned.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding and training of new team members and support Talent Development.
