Job summary

Michaels Stores in Buford, GA is seeking a dedicated retail leader to assist the Store Manager and guide the framing team. You’ll enforce SOPs, coach staff, manage inventory and safety programs, and ensure high-quality custom framing solutions are delivered on time.

You will schedule workload, monitor KPIs, participate in Talent Development, and support omni-channel processes while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced public retail environment.

Qualifications

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead high-quality custom framing solutions and meet KPI targets.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with Omni channel processes and customer service excellence.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
