Job summary

The Michaels Stores location in Huntsville, AL is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products. Responsibilities include fast checkout, cash handling, and engaging customers in rewards programs and omnichannel processes.

You will help with unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience, and be able to stand for long periods while lifting and moving

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move merchandise and stock.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and process transactions to standard.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and store feedback channels.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain in-stock store appearance and complete merchandise recovery.
