Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, hiring and development, scheduling, inventory control, and acting as Manager on Duty. Prior retail management and sales leadership experience are highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Manage SOP adherence and store policies while ensuring safe operations.
• Oversee inventory control, shrink, and safety programs; manage truck unloading and stocking.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
