Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a VP, Financial Planning & Analysis - Front Store to provide comprehensive financial support to the +$20B Retail Business. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, close processes and variance analyses while shaping strategic financial goals with senior executives.

Open to remote work with travel as needed, you will mentor a large finance team, drive efficiency through technology, and partner with SVP-level leaders to deliver robust financial insights and optimized store

Qualifications

• 15+ years related financial management experience.
• Strategic and operations planning, financial analysis in a pharmacy, healthcare or retail business.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in an executive role.
• Experience supporting a significant P&L.
• Experience leading a large and complex organization.
• Extensive change management experience.
• Proven experience developing and executing financial strategies in a matrix operating model.
• Demonstrated financial analytics experience.
• 25%+ travel, with variability based on location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, monthly close, and detailed variance analysis.
• Provide comprehensive financial support to the +$20B Retail Business.
• Lead change within the finance organization to support evolving pharmacy operations.
• Acquire talent, mentor team members and build/maintain a high-performance culture.
• Develop and engage operations with significant and complex financial analysis that lead to improved productivity and/or substantial cost savings.
• Drive operational efficiency and leadership visibility through the implementation of technology to enhance reporting and decision making.
• Lead and motivate a large and complex finance and financial operations organization while creating a winning and engaging culture.
• Manage the creation of monthly forecasts, annual budget and financial close support for the supported businesses.
