Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. seeks a Retail Sales Floor Team Lead to elevate the shopper experience on the sales floor. You will oversee front end operations, cashier accuracy, queue management, and merchandising standards while driving sales performance and team capability.

You will lead daily operations, train staff, and ensure a safe, clean, and brand-aligned store environment in Union City, TN. This role supports store readiness and positive donor and shopper interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Retail Operations, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front End operations including registers, queue management, and exchanges.
• Serve as the point person for cashiers, ensuring accurate transactions and smooth customer flow.
• Train and onboard new front end team members on procedures and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor following brand standards and merchandising guides.
• Provide coaching to maintain a positive, mission-aligned shopper experience.
• Support opening/closing activities and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
