You will oversee cash operations, merchandise presentation, and queue management while coaching colleagues to meet performance goals. The position emphasizes teamwork, respect, and empowerment in daily store routines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in production, warehouse, retail or logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to follow established processes.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and online product research.

Responsibilities

• Lead front end and cash operations, including registers and queue management.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor following Goodwill standards.
• Greet shoppers and coach team to deliver friendly service.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance across the store.
• Assist with opening/closing and backroom-to-floor flow.
