Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is hiring team members for Sales, Customer Service, Stock and Fulfillment roles in our Atlanta area. You will collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, assist customers across multiple platforms, and help maintain clean, organized floors and stockrooms.

A day includes keeping the salesfloor runway ready, supporting fitting rooms, and processing shipments while upholding operational standards. Flexible scheduling is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure salesfloor is runway ready and re-merchandised throughout the day.
• Assist customers at cashier with transactions across platforms (in-store, online and mobile).
• Create a smooth fitting room experience and assist customers.
• Keep stockrooms organized and merchandise properly ticketed.
• Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and adhere to standards.
• Support stock/fulfillment with receiving, packing and shipping.
