Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is seeking team members for Sales, Customer Service, Stock and Fulfillment roles. You will assist customers across in-store, online and mobile platforms, operate the POS, keep the salesfloor organized, and support stockrooms with accurate ticketing and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the salesfloor, including cashiering and operating a point-of-sale system across platforms.
• Support stock and fulfillment functions: receive, unpack, and help stockrooms stay organized.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free store environment and assist in merchandising and backroom setup.
• Help customers locate deals and participate in Nordstrom Rewards promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the salesfloor runway ready and accurately ticketed.
