Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is hiring team members for Sales, Cashier, Stock and Fulfillment roles in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help customers find great deals and keep the floor runway-ready with attentive service and seamless transactions.

A day includes greeting customers, assisting with fittings, stocking, inventory processes and fulfilling orders while delivering a friendly, efficient experience. Flexible schedules apply.

Qualifications

• Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and guiding them to fittings and returning items to the floor.
• Motivate customers to join Nordstrom Rewards and engage in store initiatives.
• Keep stockrooms organized and manage inventory and ticketing processes.
• Ensure sales floor stays runway-ready through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
• Assist customers with transactions and provide a seamless, friendly experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in technologies used in the store environment.
• Provide timely resolutions to customer situations.
