Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is hiring team members in Sales, Customer Service, Stock and Fulfillment. You will move with the team to keep the floor welcoming and organized, assist customers across transactions, and help locate great deals.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to keep the salesfloor runway ready and refreshed throughout the day.
• Assist customers at the register across in-store, online, and mobile platforms with a friendly demeanor.
• Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and returning clothing to the floor.
• Keep stockrooms tidy and ensure merchandise is checked in and properly ticketed.
• Demonstrate familiarity with store technologies and uphold standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and other initiatives.
