Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is hiring for multiple roles including Sales, Customer Service, Stock and Fulfillment. You will work with the team to keep the salesfloor runway-ready, assist customers at checkout, and ensure a clean, organized store environment.

The roles involve merchandising, fitting room assistance, warehouse stocking, and processing orders with attention to customer experience and store standards. Flexible shifts and benefits are available.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at cashiering across platforms (in-store, online and mobile) using a point-of-sale system.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and returning clothing to the floor.
• Keep the salesfloor clean and organized by sorting and returning clothing and merchandise.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and ensure merchandise is checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Operate store technologies and uphold operational, merchandise and asset protection standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and other initiatives as part of the customer experience.
• Receive and process shipments, unload freight, and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
