Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems across multiple platforms.
• Comfort with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout across in-store, online, and mobile platforms using a POS system.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-merchandised throughout the day.
• Support stockrooms and organize inventory to ensure accurate ticketing and stock levels.
• Provide fitting room assistance and help customers find items on the floor.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program and other store initiatives.
