Job summary

The North Face, a VF Company, is seeking a Supervisor to direct and motivate a brand team in Frisco. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations while aligning with VF standards.

You will train staff, supervise floor coverage, and help achieve financial targets. This role emphasizes leadership, exceptional service, and adherence to brand guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals and manage staff.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop staff to exceed productivity goals.
• Engage customers and drive product knowledge and community events.
• Supervise floor coverage, opening/closing, and training of staff.
• Support Store Manager with financial and operational objectives.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and policy compliance.
