Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates and deliver the best possible customer experience in store. You will coach, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure department coverage while handling both customer-facing and back-end duties.

With responsibilities spanning greeting customers, proposing solutions, down stocking, and safety walking, you may occasionally open/close the store or serve as MOD to support neighboring locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience or 5 years in retail with high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Experience supervising or guiding a team and training staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and store computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of associates to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Greet customers, clarify needs, identify solutions and close sales.
• Handle non-customer facing tasks: stocking, inventory, and area recovery; ensure safety.
• Occasional store opening/closing or manager-on-duty responsibilities.
