The role supports the Retail Manager, leads front-line team leads, and emphasizes compassionate leadership, attention to detail, and effective communication in a fast-paced entertainment venue. The position offers full-time hours and benefits, with pay at $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in revenue-generating retail or food-service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest experience and maintain peak operation.
• Assist Retail Manager by leading front-line teams.
• Support inventory management and store layout updates.
• Participate in MOD rotation and staff training.
• Contribute to special projects and general duties as assigned.
