Job summary

Original X Productions, operator of immersive experiences, is seeking a Guest Experience Floor Supervisor in Las Vegas. This part-time role can be scheduled up to five days or 28 hours per week and pays $20.00 per hour.

The position requires overseeing front-line operations, ensuring an engaging guest experience, and supporting a fast-paced, friendly team environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with experience in guest-focused settings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least 6 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• At least 1 year of guest-focused experience (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Experience using a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day experience floor operations, including ticketing, guest services, and photo operations.
• Learn and become a subject matter expert on policies, processes, procedures, and standards.
• Help train and develop a world-class operations team.
• Contribute to defining team culture and its implementation.
• Assess team effectiveness and provide feedback to management; enforce handbook standards.
• Maintain daily break schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Manage staff timekeeping and ensure accurate clock-in/out.
• Enforce dress code.
• Fill in across operation areas as needed.
• Complete daily summary reports and carry out additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

OGX is seeking Guest Experience Floor Supervisors to cultivate and foster an engaging, positive, and inspiring environment for our Guests and Team Members. This position will be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience by supervising the front-line teaminteracting with Guests to help create an immersive, welcoming, and positive experience. The ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, have the ability to work with a variety of personalities, and can project a positive image to both team members and visitors.

This part-time position may be scheduled for up to five (5) days OR 28 hours per week. This part-time position pays $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day experience floor operations, includingbut not limited to, ticketing, guest services, and photo operations
• Learn and become a subject matter expert on operations policies, processes, procedures, and standards
• Help to train and develop a world-class operations team
• Actively participate in defining the team culture and incorporating it into the operation
• Assess the effectiveness of the team, providing feedback to management, and enforcing disciplinary actions as outlined in the employee handbook and training
• Maintain and oversee the daily break schedule to ensure employees get required breaks and move through assigned positions efficiently
• Manage staff timekeeping system, ensuring that team members are accurately and appropriately clocking in and out for their shifts
• Enforce the dress code
• Jump into any area of the operation as needed
• Complete daily summary reports in a timely and professional manner
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a standing stationary position more than 75% of the time
• Must be able to move about inside the exhibit space
• Must be able to work a minimum of three shifts, one of which must be a weekend day
• Occasionally lifts and moves items / equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Your experience:

• High school diploma (or equivalent), some college is preferred (current students welcome to apply)
• At least 6 months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience
• At least one year experience in guest-focused business (retail, restaurant, experiential, hospitality, etc.)
• Experience working in the Attractions and Amusement Industry welcomed
• Experience using a ticketing system
