Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor to lead customer service, merchandise standards and omnichannel processes on the sales floor. You will train associates, manage floor execution, and drive sales growth across multiple departments including Fine Jewelry, Mattress, and Window lines.

You will supervise staffing, monitor performance, and uphold company standards while promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability across the store.

• Develops associates and addresses performance issues.
• Maintains safety, shrink control, and attendance targets.
