Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead and coach a team on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding brand standards. The role focuses on daily operations, coaching in-the-moment, and driving store performance.

You will help manage opening/closing, cash handling, stock updates, and product knowledge, while building an inclusive, high-performing team environment. This full-time position emphasizes leadership and customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team on sales floor and coaching moments.
• Ability to drive KPIs through coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset on the floor.
• Serve as Sales Floor Captain: coach, zone management, and motivate the team.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and cash handling are accurate.
• Develop product knowledge and style guidance for customers.
• Provide feedback to grow team members and reinforce standards.
• Assist onboarding and training of new Team Members.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Collaborate with leaders to hit store KPIs and celebrate wins.
