The position requires a strong customer focus, excellent communication, and the ability to lead teams with energy and initiative. Schedule includes weekend availability and peak periods with variable hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience not required but leading groups is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
