Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Floor Associate to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment across assigned shifts.

You will deliver friendly customer service, handle POS transactions, and support merchandising standards while following store policies. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required. Benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Basic math and cash handling skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, respectful shopper service and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support merchandising, stocking, and store presentation to ensure readiness.
• Assist with opening/closing routines and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
