Job summary

Goodwill of Middle Tennessee in Dickson is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate to support a welcoming store environment. You will help with point‑of‑sale transactions, merchandising, and front‑end operations, delivering friendly service and maintaining clean, organized displays.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, with emphasis on teamwork and safe store practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistently positive shopper experience through friendly, efficient service.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and manage customer flow at the front end.
• Support merchandising standards and store readiness through recovery and replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all shopper-facing areas including registers and aisles.
• Assist shoppers with questions, product locations, and checkout needs in a courteous manner.
