Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Sales Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume retail floor. You will lead associates, drive merchandise rotation, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to manage cash handling and end-of-day procedures in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Leadership, teambuilding and mentoring experience preferred.
• Retail sales leadership background is a plus.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and motivate store employees to ensure merchandise flow to the floor daily.
• Coach, train, develop, and lead the store team.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean store environment and excellent customer service.
• Oversee receiving, pricing and display of merchandise; open/close store; balance cash.
