Job summary

Goodwill Industries of southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Sales Floor Manager in New Orleans to supervise store leads and associates while driving revenue through daily processing of donated goods. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Leadership, team building and mentoring experience preferred.
• Background in retail sales or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales floor leads and sales associates to drive revenue.
• Lead daily workflow for rotating and selling donated goods (clothing, furniture, household items).
• Coach, train, and develop store staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Open/close the store; balance cash registers and manage end-of-day cash.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free store and ensure strong customer service.
• Conduct hourly floor checks and regular store meetings/workshops.
• Support the store manager with staffing and budget attainment.
