Rhone Apparel, Inc. is seeking a Retail Key Holder in Wrentham, MA to lead on the floor, open/close the store, and champion our brand values. You will mentor staff, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and maintain store presentation and inventory standards.

Ideal candidates are passionate about fitness, possess strong communication skills, and can balance leadership with daily store operations. This role offers a clothing discount and incentive programs.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and purpose, and serving as the point of contact for customer service and operations.
• Mentor team members by modeling great customer experience and product knowledge.
• Deliver in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Foster and support a productive employee culture.
• Gather feedback from customers and team to report to store management.
• Deliver results while keeping the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset.
• Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners.
• Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits.
• Assess customer needs providing product recommendations.
• Maintain presentation of the sales floor, signage and displays per visual standards.
• Work with store management to ensure shipping and receiving follow company standards.
• Maintain a neat and organized stockroom.
• Take initiative by jumping in on any task and sharing ideas.
• Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers.
