Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations and mentor the team in a premium retail environment. This entry-level management role focuses on customer service, daily operations, and helping drive sales goals within Skechers’ global brand.

Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and be 18+; previous Key Holder or supervisory experience in retail is a plus. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert product advice and ensure great customer experience.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily operations including opening/closing and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock/inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth shopper experience.
