Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer service management: Engage with customers to advise on Skechers products and ensure a great fit.
• Retail leadership: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Team leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and goals: Contribute to store targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail supervisor duties: Oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth shopping experience.
