Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is hiring a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to oversee daily store operations, mentor frontline staff, and drive customer service excellence. This entry-level management role offers growth within Skechers' global brand and a path toward retail management.

You will supervise opening/closing procedures, ensure security, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Able to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and security.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service and daily operations.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory in collaboration with store management.
• Resolve in-store issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
