Job summary

Buckle in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support store operations, merchandising and guest service. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and develop Teammates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Daily responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with merchandise, maintaining visual standards, and leading by example in service and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise, fittings, and checkout procedures.
• Lead and develop Teammates; recruit and train new staff.
• Maintain store standards and manage daily operations.
