Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on driving sales, merchandising, and daily operations. You will lead by example, perform cashiering, display, and routine maintenance while building a high-performance team.

You’ll recruit and train Teammates, develop leadership at the floor level, and deliver legendary guest service across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent retail training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate-teammates.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest experience through engaging service and product knowledge.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; lead by example.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Maintain Buckle standards and execute the Sales Presentation Guide.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on goals and initiatives.
