The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a full-time Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Taylor, MI. The role combines sales, merchandising and operations, with opportunities to recruit and develop teammates while ensuring a top-tier guest experience.

You will collaborate with store management to drive sales, lead by example, and maintain store standards, including visual presentation and loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to train teammates, lead shifts and coach others to meet sales and service standards.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to build guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with questions and help locate or obtain merchandise.
• Lead by example in sales, display, and customer interactions to achieve goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop teammates; manage daily tasks and performance.
• Maintain visual standards and product knowledge across the sales floor.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and ensure checkout procedures run smoothly.
• Provide feedback to leadership and contribute to a positive team culture.
