Job summary

Buckle in Chicago is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to help deliver the Buckle guest experience and drive sales. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to supervise daily operations, merchandise on the floor, and greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.

You will recruit and train teammates, manage schedules, support Loss Prevention, and ensure compliance with store policies while maintaining a high standard of presentation and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent retail experience.
• Experience in retail leadership or team coaching preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with exceptional guest service and showmanship.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet goals.
• Drive sales goals and manage merchandising, pricing and displays.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Leadership Team for operations.
