Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors.
• Provide feedback to the management team to address performance and compliance issues.
• Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with Guests, using the Experience First Make Behaviors.
• Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for Guests, fostering positive interactions.
