Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
• Associates degree preferred in business/management or related field

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others by providing exceptional Guest service and ensuring a memorable experience
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to achieve sales goals and maintain smooth store operations
• Model Experience First behaviors and give feedback to management on performance and compliance issues
• As Bear Builder, actively engage Guests to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere and uphold brand standards
