Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company, is hiring a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to supervise daily store operations, mentor associates, and drive customer-focused sales in a dynamic retail setting. The role starts with an hourly rate and offers growth into Retail Management within Skechers' global brand.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, enjoy mentoring teams, and be available for varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 18+ required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring every shopper leaves with the perfect fit and great experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and high operational standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members to grow skills in entry-level retail including customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets by implementing effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with store management on operational needs.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
