Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer service management: deliver expert advice and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail leadership: supervise daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Team leadership: mentor staff in customer service, sales, and operations.
• Sales and goals: help achieve store targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store operations: manage merchandising, restock, and store cleanliness.
