Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to oversee daily store operations, mentor staff, and drive exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. This entry-level management role supports sales goals and maintains Skechers’ premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Problem solving skills to resolve in-store issues.
• Highly organized to manage inventory, staffing and operations.

• Comfortable mentoring team members and communicating with all levels of the store team.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert advice and ensure great customer experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, security and standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual targets with selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store challenges.
