Qualifications

• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with expert product advice to ensure a great fit and experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and security standards.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks and customer service.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines in collaboration with management.
