Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience in Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to deliver expert product advice and fit recommendations.
• Supervise daily store operations and assist with opening/closing as needed.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service and daily tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets with selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines in collaboration with management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
