Job summary

Skechers is seeking a motivated Key Holder to join our retail team. In this entry-level leadership role, you will supervise daily store operations, mentor your team, and help deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.

You’ll work with a global brand, support opening/closing procedures, and engage customers to ensure they find the right products. This position offers growth into broader retail management within a dynamic, fashion-forward company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in retail leadership roles preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer service management and advising on Skechers products.
• Supervise daily store operations including openings and closings.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising plans and restock products.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines with store management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth shopping experience.
