Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations, mentor the sales team, and help maintain a premium shopping environment. This entry-level leadership role focuses on daily store management, customer service, and team development.

You will participate in on-the-job training, contribute to sales goals, and grow within Skechers' global brand, gaining experience in leadership and retail operations across our network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales abilities to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service management and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory in collaboration with management.
