Job summary

Skechers, a global footwear brand, is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to join our retail team. This entry-level management role focuses on guiding daily store operations, mentoring the team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales in a premium shopping environment.

You will supervise opening/closing, support training, and help maintain merchandising standards while contributing to store goals and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor in retail/restaurant/hospitality preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Customer service management and expert product advice to ensure great experience.
• Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Mentor and support team in entry-level retail tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products and maintain cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Proactively resolve in-store challenges for smooth shopping.
