Job summary

Red White and Blue Thrift seeks a Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager and oversee daily sales-floor operations, ensuring friendly customer service, store standards, and achievement of sales targets in Manassas. Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous thrift/retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales floor under Retail Manager guidance.
• Supervise and mentor retail team members with ongoing coaching.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and pricing on the floor.
• Supervise cashier operations and cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager to implement sales strategies.
• Review key reports and contribute to performance metrics.
