Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean, safe store, and ensuring product availability.

You will coach staff, manage daily tasks, handle customer needs, and may occasionally open/close the store or serve as manager-on-duty. Occasional travel to meetings or trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience training, mentoring, and developing associates.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team to deliver the best customer experience.
• Coach and train associates, delegate tasks, and manage performance.
• Ensure department coverage and safe store operations; conduct safety walks.
• Occasionally open/close the store or act as MOD.
• Travel for meetings or trainings as needed.
