Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Supervisor to coordinate a team at an assigned location under the Retail Manager. You will supervise merchandise handling, pricing, and floor stocking while maintaining excellent guest service.

The role includes training on the Micros POS system, scheduling staff, and leading inventory tasks to ensure productivity and accuracy. This position emphasizes teamwork and adaptiveness in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail supervisory role.
• Experience using the Micros Point of Service (POS) system.
• May be required to work overtime, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises receiving and tagging of incoming merchandise.
• Assigns daily tasks and ensures tasks are performed correctly and on time.
• Coordinates movement of merchandise to office, storage or display areas.
• Stands in for cashiers to expedite purchases when needed.
• Maintains pricing accuracy on floor products.
• Ensures high standard of customer service.
• Trains new hires on POS and safety procedures.
• Leads inventory and stock level checks with the manager.
