Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor in a related role preferred.
• Experience in the food and hospitality industry required.
• Ability to work well in a team and promote teamwork.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, breakdown, and sanitation of workstations.
• Supervise cooking and preparation of food items according to recipes and brand requirements.
• Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free storage of food items.
• Maintain accurate inventory according to policies.
• Delegate tasks and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
• Assist managers with timekeeping and staff contact information.
• Train and mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation.
