Aramark is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee operations of the assigned retail location, ensuring efficient processes in line with company policies and client contracts. The role coordinates guest services to leave staff and guests with a positive impression of the facility.

Responsibilities include inventory control, merchandising, training, and adherence to cash handling and security procedures, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed to support events and store operations.

Competenze

• Requires 2-4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales systems.
• Ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Profit and loss accountability or contract-managed service experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark standards.

Mansioni

• Responsible for inventory management, warehouse management, receiving, ticketing and distribution.
• Collaborate with HR to hire staff and manage payroll budget for events or store.
• Develop and train customer service programs and product knowledge.
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures, cash and card accountability, and security.
