Job summary

Vuori in Natick, MA is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to coach the sales team, model Vuori’s brand values, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the floor. You’ll build connections with customers through product knowledge and a positive, energetic presence.

As part of the store leadership team, you’ll supervise daily floor operations under the Store Manager, motivate the team to reach sales goals, train new staff, and ensure optimal merchandising and guest service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable customer experiences by guiding the sales team and sharing product knowledge.
• Lead day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales goals within a team-based commission environment.
• Coordinate inventory needs and maintain visual merchandising to support the business goals.
