Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in Park City, UT to lead the sales team by example, delivering Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive attitude. You’ll supervise the floor, delegate tasks, and work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Store Manager to uphold Vuori’s standards in customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and follow through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Willingness to lift and move products and equipment and boxes weighing up to 30lbs

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by guiding the sales team and engaging with customers about product details, new product, and events.
• Take ownership of the sales floor and team to ensure customer experience is the first priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
• Lead relationships with customers by engaging with them about product details, and invite them to upcoming events.
• Lead day-to-day store operations in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Motivate the sales team and achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge to serve as an expert for the customer.
• Support inventory needs and communicate requirements to sustain business goals.
• Maintain daily store operations, restock products, manage visual merchandising, and ensure cleanliness.
