Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily store performance through outstanding customer experience.

You'll open/close, operate POS, fulfill Omni-Channel orders, display merchandise, analyze reports, protect assets, and reflect our brand culture. Prior retail leadership is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and teamwork matter most.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS/Store systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
